Refunds for Missing or Damaged Items
We accept refund or replacement requests for orders that meet any of the following conditions:

Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following options based on availability and your preference:

Return Policy
Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, we are unable to accept returns on cannabis products that have been:

Used

Tampered with
All cannabis sales are final, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete.
Non-Cannabis Merchandise
Items such as accessories, apparel, chargers, or batteries may be eligible for return if unopened and unused within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact us before sending any item back to confirm eligibility.
Incorrect or Wrong Items Sent
If you receive an incorrect product, we will correct the issue immediately.
Please contact CANNACOAST DISTRIBUTION Support within 48 hours and ensure the item is:

In its original packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
All shipping costs related to correcting our error will be covered by CANNACOAST DISTRIBUTION.
Vape Pen & Cartridge Issues
We understand that vape pens and cartridges may occasionally malfunction.
If your vape product arrives faulty:

Provide photos or videos of the issue

Keep the product until our review is complete
After evaluation, we may provide a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Delivery Issues or Delays
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery. However, certain issues fall outside our control.
We do not provide refunds for:
