All orders placed with Cannacoast Distribution undergo a processing period of 1–2 business days before shipment. This timeline allows our team to verify order details, inspect and prepare products, complete quality checks, and package your items securely.

Orders placed after business hours, during weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. While we always aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, unexpected delays—such as high order volume or product restocking—may occasionally extend processing times. If a significant delay affects your order, our support team will notify you promptly via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

To meet the needs of every customer, Cannacoast Distribution offers multiple shipping options:

  • Free Shipping on Orders Over $500: Any order totaling $500 or more automatically qualifies for free shipping.

  • International Shipping: Available worldwide, with delivery times varying based on location and customs processes.

Domestic U.S. shipments typically take 2–3 business days to arrive once they leave our facility. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier, and external factors such as weather conditions, transportation issues, and seasonal carrier volume may cause delays.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. All orders from Cannacoast Distribution are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no product descriptions visible on the exterior. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your package from our warehouse to your delivery address. Tracking information is updated by the carrier, and occasional delays in updates are normal.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends/holidays), please check your spam folder or contact customer support for assistance.

Shipping Costs, Refunds & Returns

All shipping fees are non-refundable. When returning eligible items, please note:

  • If your order initially qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping covered by Cannacoast Distribution will be deducted from your refund.
